Hiding a Column

Some members of my team are feeling overwhelmed by our Trello board. Is there a way for an individual to hide columns in their own personal view? If so, how? We currently use 8 columns, but certain members of the team really only need to view about 3 of these columns at any given time. It would help if they could hide the others from their own view. Thank you!!
