Hi,
I’m trying to change the email linked to my Trello account (originally created using my Google account) to my company’s domain email, but I haven’t been able to do it.
Each time I attempt the change, I don’t receive any verification email.
I also followed the instructions in this article:
“If you sign up using a third-party account (for example, using Google or Microsoft), you will need to first set a password on your Atlassian account at https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword before you can update your account email address.”

I’ve set a password as suggested, but I’m still unable to change the email, and no verification email arrives.

Is there any chance you've accidentally created an account with the email you're trying to change your account's email to? If so, you'll need to log in and delete this account first, then wait 14 days to change the email of your account.
