How can I hide attachments that have been archived?

Rob Jackson June 11, 2018

Is there a way to hide attachments that have been archived? I'd like them to be visible when I expand the view but on cursory glance, only want to see live attachments?

I am not quite sure, what you are referring to. Trello will allow you to archive cards, which then would include the attachments added to the card. Would you mind sharing a screenshot via trello.com/contact so our support team can take a closer look?

I attach any cards to their parent to track how I am progressing. As in the image, when I archive an attached card, it marks it as archived but it still displays prominently in the parent card (as above).

In this example, test 3 and 4 have been archived but they still appear above test 1 and 2 which have not been archived.

As these tasks grow, open and active tasks can get hidden below the already completed ones. It would be great if the completed tasks appeared below the active ones, or better they were hidden in a separate section for archived cards.

Does that makes sense?

To make it a little clearer - please see the image below. Would like to be able to hide the archived attachments (circled), so they don't obscure the live ones below them.
