Trello is new product for us.
We don't have product in our Org. But some user have access to private workspace, and i think private owner left the org. Now user won't able to Workspace, getting error.
User already submitted a request, but still no approved by the workspace owner. And as Atlassian Admin I am not able to submit ticket to Atlassian support, this trello is not managed or billed by us. How to contact Trello support to get access to this workspace or owner name.

Hi @Vikrant Yadav - Workspaces do not have owners, they only have admins (if they're upgraded) or members. If you are a member of a Trello Workspace, you can see who is an admin or member of it from its members page.
Can you link the Workspace you're trying to access?

I am Jira admin, but product which we are managing are Jira, Confluence and Statuspage. This is a private Trello workspace, not managed by our team.
User who have admin access might leave the organization, now other member not able to access this workspace. They're sending request, but I think no one approved their request. How other people get access, if admin is not active.

Hi @Vikrant Yadav - you have linked a board, not a Workspace.
Our support team cannot give you access to this board, so I cannot create a ticket on your behalf in this instance.
I can see the user who is the sole member of the Workspace the board sits in is laragilkarov - can you reach out to them and ask them to add people to the Workspace / board?
They can also reach out to our support team for Trello if they upgrade.

Is it a board which is created under Lara's free workspace ?
Is this board https://trello.com/b/AP70qaZq/allianz-tracker owned by Lara ?

As I've said to you before, anyone can jump into the Community and help you with a question.
While logged into Lara's account, please try starting a 14 day free trial of Premium on her Workspace in order to see the board.
Once you do this, you can even raise a support ticket from her account.
