Sometimes when I enter a description or a comment that includes a UNIX path and filename such as "/etc/profile.d/foo.sh", the "foo.sh" portion automatically turns into an underlined link after I click the "Save" button, so it looks like this:
/etc/profile.d/foo.sh
How can I stop this from happening?
Hi @Kevin Pacheco,
Trello will automatically convert some content as you mentioned with Markdown, a simple language to format text. You can't disable it completely, but you have workarounds to remove it as explained in this page.
For instance, to avoid foo.sh being converted into a link to http://foo.sh, you shoud add three backticks (```) at the beginning and end of the block of text.
Let me know if this helps,

I only realized how useful backticks were when I had to use them for sharing content on Slack. Became a godsend for me.
