We offer a buffet of services to our clients. So I have a checklist for the sales rep to check.
I want to have each "checked" item copy over the cards associated with that "item"
Example
Site Services Checklist:
√ Law Library Software
Commissary
Inmate Email
√ Inmate SMS
Only 2 are "checked" so I ONLY want the cards associated with those "items" to copy over to the board this checklist is on.
Each service in the checklist has a "list" of cards. Be even better if the whole LIST for each Service could copy over to the new list.
@Mary Lawrence
The is a find card under “cascade” you can use. There are 2 options there depending on whether the item is plain text or a card link.
Cascade? I am fairly new to this software and roll. Can you walk me through it?
Thank you

After setting up a trigger, the actions are categorization into different buckets eg checklist, fields, content...etc and one of the is Cascade

I can link back to the original card but I cannot seem to find a way to just COPY a card. Since I reuse these cards constantly and differently for each client, I want it to ONLY copy the card to the new list. Sorry I am so confused on Trello I really wish they had better training. I spend so much time watching video's and reading trying to find answers, I get little accomplished.

@milynnus I did it! Thank you!!!! Using Cascade
when the "Fast Case" item is checked in a checklist named "Site Services Checklist" by anyone, find a card titled "Fast Case Sales Tasks" in list "Fast Case" on board "Fast Case Template", and copy the card to the top of list "Building Board"
SUPER appreciative!!!! I kept playing in Cascades and figured it out! TY TY TY
