Regarding your question, you can enable Mobile Push notification settings for Trello by following the instructions https://help.trello.com/article/1195-push-notification-settings-for-mobile

So far, there's no available option to change the notification sound within the Trello app, only in your iOS system settings, search in https://support.apple.com/

The Trello app sends a notification to your iOS system and the notification sound that you listen is the one configured in your iOS sound settings.
