How to change a custom field list value?

I'm verry new to Trello API but would like to know what https code to use to change a custom field drop down list to a specific value.

I am also verry new to using Postman and tried a lot of posibilities but nothing works:

api.trello.com/1/customfield/{{id}{/options?key={{TrelloKey}}&token={{TrelloToken}}&{"value":{"text": "Ordered"}}

api.trello.com/1/customfield/{{id}{/options?key={{TrelloKey}}&token={{TrelloToken}}&value=Ordered

.....

The ultimate goal for me is to get this to work dirctly from MS excel (using VBA). Most things I have been able to figure out but changing a custom list drop down item is not working for me.

Any help would be great
