How to change email address when OTP is going to an email you can't access

Hey guys! I have a friend who was auto-logged out of Trello and apparently OTP is enabled. She's trying to log in, but no longer has access to the email address that is connected to Trello.

I know how she can change the email address, but first she has to get back in. Is there a way to bypass the OTP code going to the defunct email address so that she get back in?

That is a predicament!

I can't think of any way around the OTP without access to the previous email address.  Was it a former work address?  Can they ask the admin of the email domain to kindly re-enable it for an hour to sort this out?

I have escalated this to Atlassian so hopefully someone from support can be more helpful than me...

Thanks Mike! No, this was a former business email and she didn't realize that it was still linked to her Trello. 

I know she reached out to Atlassian support as well, so hopefully your escalation can get her a response soon!
