How to change the workspace in gmail addon

When in Gmail and I click the Trello addon, it shows a list of cards from one of the workspaces but does not allow you to select the other workspaces

How do i change the workspace in gmail?

The Gmail add-on shows all boards is a single list; they're not filtered or divided by Workspace. If you're not seeing a board there that you'd expect, can you please confirm that the Trello account you're logged into with the Gmail add-on has access to create cards on that board?

OK but that's mad! So let's say I have 6 workspaces all with a board called "to do list" how do I know which one I need to add it to?

I can definitely see how that could be a frustrating scenario. I'll make a note about your interest in seeing better Workspace handling in the add-on; for now, there are a couple of workarounds you could try:

1. Rename the boards so that they're not all the same. You could even use an emoji in the title to signal the different Workspace without adding a lot of length to the board title.
2. Use the board's email address instead of the Gmail add-on. You can save the email address for the different boards in your contacts so that you can find them easily when needed.
