Crmble is causing a major blocker to using trello. It won't go away with "x" or "close" and just keeps popping up. Whole team is blocked. Any help?
Hi everyone,
Toni from Crmble Power-Up here. We've received reports about this through our chat support and are actively working to resolve it. We became aware of this issue this week after a user reported it.
As explained, you can always turn it off, remove personal data and settings, uninstall it from your board, or revoke access from your workspace.
I sincerely apologize for the troubles you're experiencing. The Crmble Team is fully dedicated to resolving this as quickly as possible.
@Antonio Panea Pastor , good to hear that this bug in on your radar.
The temporary solution did not work for me. If you add "/power-ups/enabled" to the URL you can indeed control the power ups, but when I deactivated the Crumble power up, the Crumble pop ups kept on appearing over and over again.

Hi @Arjan Naaktgeboren ,
could you please contact me through the chat support in crmble.com/trello?
I would love to jump on a call and see what is going since I am not able to reproduce that on my end.
Best,
Toni

@Print Studio I managed to make a copy a the board affected and there I don't have the problem anymore. After making a copy I have deleted the affected board.
But really disappointed in the product Trello as there is no way to contact them and it is ridiculous that a bug like this can affect your product so negatively. Fortunate soon we will switch to another CRM system.

Hi @Arjan Naaktgeboren ,
You can reach Crmble support at support@apps-square.com, as listed in the Trello Marketplace. Alternatively, our website's chat feature offers support with an average response time of under an hour.
The Crmble Power-Up also includes a chat bubble for easy access to our support team.
By the way, it's great to see you've navigated past our bug. We hope you're not encountering any further issues with Crmble.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Toni

@Print Studio I spoke to the helpdesk of Crumble and showed them the problem. They are working on a solution now.

@Kalman, Shelby L welcome to the community! you should be able to go to your power-ups and disable it. Do you see power-ups in the top menu? Click that and then look for Crmble and click settings, then you can disable

@Brittany JoinerI have exact same problem. If I try to deactivate the power up, the pop up keeps re-appearing and above is no solution. @Kalman, Shelby L , i see your post is from a few years ago, how did you eventually solve this issue. As you say correctly, it blocks the board affected
Who can help? It is really strange that Trello/Atlassian doesn't have any support possibilities for technical bugs and issues,
