I registered for Using Trello a long time ago, but never got down to really start using the app. The only detail I've remembered is my email. I was able to access my Trello account via Google Gmail, but that's not very kosher. What I've found for Trello support is found within my account, but to use the tools to change anything requires some of the info that I've forgotten. Consequently, using what's available is not working for me. Would greatly appreciate some kind soul who could guide me along here. I look forward to hearing from the Forum soon. Many thanks!
Here is my situation: I registered for using Trello a long time ago, but never got down to really start using the app. On August 21st, I received a warning that due non-usage of the app for a very long time would cause Trello to cancel my account on Aug. 27th. Not wanting that deletion to happen, I proceeded in signing in and trying to update my contact details. That's when I ran into problems as I could not make any changes because I could not recall the original info I had used to open the account in the first place, The system wanted information that I no longer remembered. The only detail I've remembered is my email. What I've found in Trello support are the methods to change details, but to access those methods requires information which I no longer have.
