How to mention one or several contact(s) in a Confluence page?

Ueli Anken December 8, 2021

Linking Atlas CRM contacts to a Confluence page next to page titel is a nice feature. But in my context, this is not enough. I would need to link single contacts at specific places on a page, typically inside a table. Current key short cuts (/, @ etc.) do not work. Any hints out there?

Thanks and best regards

Hi Ueli,

Elise from the Atlas CRM team here. Thank you for your question. Currently it's not possible to place a snippet on parts of a Confluence page to link contact or companies.

We have placed this feature on the backlog of our product. Would you like to be updated on this feature? We would be interested in the context of your use case too. If you would like to be kept informed, then please hand in a request at out service desk.

Cheers,

Elise

Hi Elise, thank you. I ke p looking for a solution... my case is the following:

I‘m the media officer of Tour de Suisse (World Tour Pro Cycling)

With my team, we handle 3 main groups of people:

- Pro Cycling Teams

- Stage Organising Committees

- Media

The structure of our work and documents is similar, with stages and teams changiing from year to year. The individual people remain often „in the circuit“, while changing roles and/or team attributions.

So, what we need: A smart place to manage the list of people with a smart way to hook people into each year‘s specific workflow and documentation.

Any hint?

Best regards

Hi Ueli,

The only solution I can think of is to change the name of the Atlas CRM contacts while they have changed from team, in that way they are directly linked to al relevant pages.

Otherwise, I don't think we can help with Atlas CRM.

Kind regards,

Elise
