How to quickly move list to another board

Hi,

Is there a way to quickly move a list to another board? Like a shortcut or a button that I can click and it will automatically move the list to this specific board? 

It is always the same board that I'm moving lists to when I'm done.

On that note, is there a way to write a rule that when all cards are labeled green then this list should move to board X?

Focus on moving each card on a list instead. If you can collect the cards creating a checklist of cardlinks then you can iterate through all the cards to effect the required change. 

For you second requirement - while you can set a trigger when a label is added, you would not be able to know whether the rest of cards on the list had the same labels.
