Hi Atlassian Support,
My Trello account was deactivated unexpectedly, and I’m unable to log in to access the support portal. Every support link redirects me to the login page, but I can’t proceed because the account is disabled.
Please help me urgently recover or reactivate the account. Here are my details:
- Trello Email: derek.otieno.2020@gmail.com
- Username : Derek
- Description: I need access to critical boards and was not notified of this deactivation. Please advise how to regain access.
I’m blocked from contacting support via normal channels due to the login loop.
Thank you,
Richard Derek Otieno
Hello there!?
Ninja-man here...
Something else you might conscider is reseting the sites permission inside your settings and while your at it, check to see if the third party sign-in permissions switch is toggled on, mine will notify me through the address bar but, it might be diffrent depending on what search engine you use. If it happens to be Chrome then simply navigate to your settings and then to privacy and security, site settings, then from there you should be able to trouble shoot my suggestions.
My reguards👍🧐💯
Hi @Altin D ,
Could you please confirm from which country and region you are trying to access Trello? It's possible that you are located in, or using an IP address from, a country or region with restricted access.
Please refer to this documentation for more details:

Thank you !

Hello @Altin D
Normally accounts are not permanently "disabled". I guess you are talking about access to specific site, correct?
If so then probably organization admin or access admin did some changes and removed your access.
If you go not to Trello directly but to https://home.atlassian.com/ which apps do you see? If you log in and you do not see Trello that mean that you account overall is working but access to specific site was removed or suspended.
For example you should be able to log in here to Community using your account (not sure which are you using now but I hope this is the same)
