I cannot create a board even though I have no other boards

According to the article I'm being pointed to (https://help.trello.com/article/1237-why-cant-i-create-a-board), I should be able to create up to 10 boards with a free account. I haven't made any, yet I can't make a board...why would this be and what can I do to get around it?

Hi! The iOS team is aware of this issue and already working on publishing our fix. In the mean time, if you make at least one board on another platform, like web, the issue should resolve itself.

Are you seeing any error messages when you try to create the board? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you are experiencing.

Hi @Lorna Baez , the issue described in this thread was for the iOS app, and has been fixed. You appear to be trying to use the web client (or possibly Slack?). I'd recommend starting another thread!
