In a fast motion i created an account on Trello but i made an mistake. The account was working but since i have an new phone i have to get an email with a verification code. I dont know what to do with it

You mentioned that you created the account, and it was working.So, what's the issue you are facing when you try to use the same account on your phone? Don’t you receive the verification code?

Can you tell me the username of your account so I can check which account you are referring to?

I have checked on our side, and the account with gmail.con is not confirmed because it might not be a valid email address. Due to security concerns, we cannot change the email address of the account.

There is no account with the email @gmail.com. You can create an account with the correct email address.

I am not writing the complete email address here to avoid sharing PII publicly. But you can create the account with the correct email address, and no account exists in Trello with it.

The username you shared, robertkremer16, is not associated with the email address you provided.This account is associated with h************3@gmail.com. So please check if you have another Gmail account.

My typing mistake was .con instead of .com
