I'm at 9/10 Collaborators for my Board but am being blocked from adding a 10th member.

Hoping someone can help me address an issue using the Free version of Trello. Given the new member limit on boards, I have removed members to bring us down to 9 total people (including myself). With member settings, I am reflecting 9 total members. However, within my actual board where there are icons with user initials, there is a 10th member that I cannot access or remove. This is blocking me from adding a 10th member to my board. Can someone please help me address this issue? I have a support ticket open but haven't heard back.

Thank you so much! I went ahead and deleted an additional person in the meantime so I could get the new member up and running on the platform but would love to be able to add the person I removed back once the issue is resolved.

I have the same issue. I only have 6 member so far and it's not letting me add another person. @Caity  please help assist.

Hi @Karina Ebanks, the limit considers the number of users on boards across the entire Workspace, not only a single board. The board you're working on only has 6 members, but it's in a Workspace with 10 users total.

This case is unusual because none of the members of your board appear to be members of the Workspace it belongs to anymore. I'd suggest asking one of the board admins to create a new Workspace and move the board there; then you'll be under the limit and better able to control how many members are involved: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-a-board-to-a-different-workspace/
