I'm having trouble logging in to my account.

For a few days now, I've been having trouble accessing my account. It shows me the following message “You dont have permission to access this content, it seems that your account has been deactivated”.
I tried to reset password and it did not work.

Is it possible to recover my notes in JSON format?

Hi @WD ,

A deactivated user is someone whose account has been deactivated either in a Trello Workspace or their entire Atlassian account. If your Atlassian account is deactivated, you won't be able to log in to Trello or any other Atlassian products.

If your account is managed by your organization, your organization admin controls your access to Trello. You may need to contact them to regain access.

The deactivated user is another account, not the one I'm writing from now.

The deactivated account was not an account managed by an organization.
