I need to get in touch with technical support, cannot log into my work account

For the past few months, I have been using a Trello account (username: @tyree_ogjg) that is connected to the OGJG-Workspace. However, as I was working on this workspace today, I was suddenly logged out and logged into a different account. This account is connected to my work emailadres: Tyree@ogjg.nl . This sounds good, but this account is not connected to the workspace and is apparently a whole different account.

I need to return to my old account (@tyree_ogjg) but I do not know which emailadres is connected to this account. My supervisors are unable to see it too, therefor it is impossible for me to log back into it. I'm only left with this new account with the emailadres Tyree@ogjg.nl that doesn't have Premium.

This problem is probably quite confusing to read, so I would like to get in touch with someone who works at Trello / Atlassian who can help me fix this. Thanks!

We cannot share personal information on the forum, but we can share that the masked email id associated with that other account is: d***n@ogjg.nl

@Gaurav Kataria I'm afraid d***n@ogjg.nl doesn't exist anymore. This gmail account was deleted two weeks ago because he doesn't work here anymore, so we cannot access the account. Would it be possible for you to change his emailadress from dylan@ogjg.nl to tyree@ogjg.nl? There is a free account that is already linked to tyree@ogjg.nl so if it is possible I'll have to delete that account first.
