I will not get the mail with the authentification code although receiving the mails for password changes or more.

I'm trying to confirm my second account with my business adress. I don't think I put up a 2factor confirmation but I'm asked for one and don't receive the mail. Login and password are right

It seems there is no two-factor authentication set up for your account. You might be seeing a prompt for a confirmation code that is sent to your email when you log in from a new device or after clearing your cache and cookies. Could you please check your inbox for an email from Atlassian? Additionally, I'll send you a password reset email to see if you receive it and can log in again.
