Is it possible to automate the removal of labels a few days after new creation?

As-Is:

  -The setting is such that the "NEW" label is automatically added when a card is added.

  -The "NEW" label remains on even after a few days of aging.

To-Be

  -I want to set Butler to automatically remove the "NEW" label after a few days.

Is the above setting possible?

You could use a scheduled JIRA Automation rule to look for issues with the label whose created date is more than x days ago, and then remove the label from it.

If you are on Cloud, you would have this already because Automation is included out-of-the-box now, but you may need to install it for Server\DC.
