Is there a way to export the individual card with the attachments as one pdf. Meaning the card, the attachments the pictures are all available as a page, not as a zip file or link.

Unfortunately not, but good question!

The best export for attachments is the Workspace export available on our Premium plan, though it does ZIP those attachments as part of the download.

The second best option is downloading each attachment individually through the card's back.

There are some file management Power-Ups available in the Power-Up library, and I'm not certain they offer that exact export option, but there may be one that offers a decent compromise: https://trello.com/power-ups/category/file-management

Is there a possibility in the future?

To be candid, it's unlikely to be added as a core feature on Trello. The main reason is that Trello focuses on digital collaboration using a shared perspective, and most improvements will work towards that goal. Exporting to a PDF with attachments would take a snapshot of a card at a specific moment in time, which bumps up against the concept of that shared perspective. Ideally, each person could go to the relevant Trello card and view the most recent version of a file, comments, and description, and be sure they're all seeing the same thing.

The other snag I can picture is that Trello supports a number of file upload types, and not all could be rendered appropriately in print format.

I recognize it would be useful in your case though! Features like this would most likely come from a third-party developer as a Power-Up.

Do you by chance know of a third party app that does this?

Apologies, but I'm not. A number of third party export Power-Ups are available, but I'm not aware of one that would include images attached to a card within the export.
