you can use this Chrome extension to hide the button : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/trello-clean/iodgmlcdnnjgiejimnifloaaaehkbdno

This is the only way to achieve what you want at the moment.

Hello !

Like lots of users who have installed an ad-blocker, you can use it to remove the element from the page.

Example of filter with AdBlockPlus :

trello.com##.js-add-list.list-wrapper.mod-add.is-idle
