Label Trigger didn't work

I created these two rules and other methods, and the label trigger didn't work:  

• when a card with the yellow "FY-22 Q3" label is added to list "Bible Verse Work Backlog", set start date on april 1st 2022, set due date on december 31st 2023, and add the pink "Top CBT" label to the card
• when a card with the yellow "FY-22 Q3" label is added to the board, set start date on april 1st 2022, set due date on december 31st 2023, and add the pink "Top CBT" label to the card

What did I go wrong?  Much appreciated your support.  Thank you.

Hi @Philippe Gallant ! The trigger for your rules isn't based on a label being applied, but rather when a card is added to a board or list, with the condition that these cards have the "FY-22 Q3" label. Would the cards already have the label applied before it gets added to the board or list? 

Should the trigger be instead:

"when the "FY-22 Q3" label is added to a card in list "Bible Verse Work Backlog". 

and for the 2nd rule, just

"when a card with the yellow "FY-22 Q3" label is added to the board"
