we had a admin who set up our Trello boards automation and power ups under her profile. She left at the end of last week and deactivated herself. When she did this all of our automation, butler, power ups, etc... left with her. She says that she had no idea that would happen but is not willing to recreate for us since she has moved onto another job. I am looking for someone to recreate that automation or even do something different in a better way that provides the same functionality for all our boards. Is there anyone out there who works as a Trello consultant to set this up and maintain our boards on an ongoing basis?
Hey @Gina Mullen
That sounds like a nightmare! but we can help :)
We're a leading Atlassian partner and offer a range of Trello specific consulting services.
We could help with the initial Butler/Power-Ups/automation set-up, as well as ongoing Trello admin management/maintenance via our Trello Assist service. There's more info on here...

If that's of interest, please let us know via the "Get in touch" form on that page (mention we spoke here if you do), and/or email me directly on divory@adaptavist.com.
Thanks,
Dan
Would you be available for a phone call to discuss the maintenance of my boards as well as implementing functionality?

@Gina Mullen yep I run a Trello automation consultancy:
and have created a Trello automation platform called BenkoBot that does what Butler does but in a more structured way that isn't tied to a single person:
Instead, your automations run as a "bot" user, and are written in code which can be enabled on some or all of your boards from a central configuration.
Since I used to consult using Butler Bot and since the underlying code framework Trellinator was created to allow me to replace Butler Bot commands, the task of re-creating your automations (such as you remember how they should work) should be relatively straight forward.
You might also like to use my Gmail integration products BenkoBoard and BenkoDesk that allow you to do emails (shared and individual) from Trello which can be a win for your workflows.
