Moved board from someone else's workspace and now I can't access it

I joined a project and took over, so asked the other person to move the Trello board over to my workspace. The assignments to names is lost because they're not part of this board, which I can handle but now I also have no access to make changes. I cannot change the name or settings or anything. Is this usual?

Hi there! This does look like a permission issue. Happy to provide more specific guidance, but we might need the board URL first. If you have a moment, share the board URL and we'll take a closer look! (The board URL should be in this format, as an example: https://trello.com/b/qr3AcASr)

I ended up deleting it and doing some tests then doing it all again. I don't know what was wrong but I think we have it right now
