My Trello Board has Disappeared

I use my Trello board everyday. I logged in today and my board is gone. The message I'm getting is: 

Something went wrong

We’re having trouble sending your access request. Please refresh the page and try again.

Does anyone know how I can get my board back?

Hello Paulina,

Could you please check if you have any other usernames or emails that you may have used for a different Trello account? It's possible that you might be logging into a separate account, which is why you're unable to see your boards.

You could try the following:

  1. Open a private/incognito window: Log in to Trello using a private window in your browser to see if any boards appear under a different account.
  2. Check your email for login confirmations: Search your email for any past Trello login confirmation emails. The address used for those emails could be the one linked to your account.
  3. Verify your email in Trello: In the top right corner of Trello, click your profile picture. You can see the email address currently associated with your account.

If you're still unable to find the boards, I advise you opening a ticket with us so you don't need to share any private details here: submit a new ticket

I followed the instructions you outlined above and still no board. I already submitted a ticket on 2/5/24 and still haven't received a response. Is there any other help you could provide me with? Or a way to expedite this issue?
