When my team member starts the phone app, my shared boards are not displayed.
There's lots of info missing here for anyone to help out.
I'm not with support, but I work with a lot of remote users who often send these "I can't see x" messages and it's often a puzzle to figure out.
I'm sure with a bit more background this could be easy to fix; I've never had a bug where an added user was unable to access after their invite.
The other user is my wife. I usually have access to her phone so I am sure the boards are not being displayed there. On my phone she shows as a collaborator on the same Trello Team. Not sure EXACTLY what that means. At this time, those are the only two questions I can answer, since she is away from home this week so I don't have access to her phone. I will come back here after she returns home to work on the other questions.

If she's in the team/workspace and the board is Workspace visible, she ought to see it, whether she is an admin or not.
If it's set to Private, only admins can see it, regardless if they were added or not.
Not sure what the visibility settings options were on the free plan, but so far I think the issue could be here; a settings issue, rather than a bug.
