Need help! Card preview images are not loading. Would anybody know a solution?

1. The card previews do not load on all boards.

2. When clicking on the file (pdf/image file) attached to the card, the image preview is broken. When opening the attachment in another tab, it says:

This site can’t be reached

trello-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com refused to connect.

The image previews work fine on mobile (android). I am using Chrome as default, when I tried using Edge it appeared to have the same problem.

I'm not exactly sure where to start or how to fix it. Has anybody had the same experience? Would anyone know what might be wrong?

Can I ask a few questions?

Are you using a VPN on your computer? I ask because it's ok on mobile, but not on your computer, so there's got to be something ON your computer that's stopping it.

Which anti-virus are you using? I ask because some anti-virus need Trello to be whitelisted.

Hey Esme! Yes I realized I was on Trello while using a VPN on laptop. I turned it off and the card previews were back. You're a legend! Thank you so much for your time and suggestion!

Glad you found out what it was, I only knew to ask because I had awful trouble with my VPN and anti-virus a while ago!
