New Checklist Items in Activity

Is there a way to have "New" Items added to a Checklist to be noted in the Card Activity. It tracks "Completed" but as far as I can tell there is no where to note that an Item has been added.

@Carter NagelCan be done, but complicated!

In Trello itself, there is no direct way to be notified.  However you could do some programming and set up a webhook to get notified when a new item is added to a checklist.  Be aware, this also requires some infrastructure where you'd like to get the response.  So quite some programming.
