Hello,
I am trying to log in from the Trello app and there is need of a 6-digit verification code. Note that I do not have 2FA enabled for the account. From looking at other users' posts in Atlassian community facing the same issue, I noticed that Atlassian has a suppression list that often causes this problem. I am receiving notification emails but not the verification code. Can someone from Atlassian support assist in resolving this?

Hi @Product Development - I have checked our logs and we're successfully sending you the one time password you need to use to log in on our end.
Please check your spam folders for this email, it is coming from the @id.atlassian.com domain.
Hi @Alex W. Thanks for checking. Unfortunately, I am still unable to receive the verification code. And Spam folder is empty as well. I'll talk to our email and network team to see if anything is blocking the domain.

Sounds like a plan @Product Development - we're definitely getting successful deliveries on our end. Sounds like the @id.atlassian.com domain needs to be whitelisted!
