Not seeing all my private channels from Slack

Hi,

I started my own slack account recently and wanted to add the trello-slack integration. On my slack I have two private channels. Respectively I have two different boards that should go with each channel. I managed to connect the both services together but in trello I can see only one of my private channels. I tried to reconnect slack through trello in hope that this will refresh the list of the slack channels but this didn't help. So managed to integrate only on of the boards in slack but the other one is missing its related channel from slack.

Is there another way to force refresh on slack channels list in trello, or there is some limitation of which I am not aware.

PS: I'm using the free trello account and standard plan slack account.

Hi Alexander!

There is a known issue with the Slack Power-Up that results in the channel list failing to refresh for some users.

There is unfortunately not a workaround to force that refresh at this time, although those channels should show up in your channel list eventually on their own.

For me it took like almost 2 months. But how know, it might be less for you.
