Our boards are missing

Hi there

I logged an issue yesterday on .../contact but there is no response. TRELLO-7407

But there has be 0 responses or acknowledgement of the issue ... Posting here as well to check if anyone else has had boards disappearing from the organization board list. I saw on Twitter yesterday that there was a Billing update but not sure if that is linked ... Trello support, please provide an update on the above mentioned ticket?

@Yatish Madhav can you describe the issue in more detail? ie. how/when did you notice they were missing, who had access to them, etc.

Hi Iain - Thanks for you reply.

I also got a reply on the original ticket. Basicaly we only saw 100 of the most recent activeboards. One of our members started a Business Class trial and did not renew hence it dropped us back to the free plan, closing all older boards. We will now re open boards as we need them. Also we are transitioning to Jira for task and project management. Meaning in the next 12 to 18 months we will close/archive older boards.

Yatish I think that's what has happened to me. Was there any way to get those previous boards back?
