PDF viewer not working

Since today when I try to open any pdf file added to cards it not opens just show me this error:

Out of curiosity, what browser (and version) are you using?

The same thing happens to me, and it happens with image files too. I use Chrome or Edge running on Windows 7. (Versión Chrome 109.0.5414.120 (Build oficial) (64 bits)).

I have tried on different web browsers - Chrome, Edge and Firefox - all of them gives the same results. Operating system is Windows 7 64bit.
Till last week everything worked properly.

Till last week everything worked properly, too, but since monday of this week has started to give problems.

Thanks for that information.  We dropped support for some End of Life browser versions, including Safari 16, which went end of life last year.  Windows 7 went End of Life in January of 2020.  Our minimum supported Chrome and Edge versions are 125.  So, I suspect Chrome 109 doesn't have the updated Promise API that our PDF renderer is using.

So we are forced to find other software which still work on Windows 7.
We cant change operating system because we are using some specialistic softwere for our machines which will not work on windows newer than windows 7...
