Package Tracker Power-Up: how to get it to show on Trello ipad app?

I use the Package Tracker powerup with Trello on my laptop, and also have Trello app installed on my ipad.  

Package Tracker updates show on the web browser but not the app.  

Is there any reason why the app does not show Package Tracker power up?

In general, besides Power up developed by Trello, it is unlike to be available on mobile devices.
