Am I correct in assuming that the main difference between Planyway and the Calendar power-up is that Planyway makes any changes in Trello instantaneously sync to Google Calendar whereas, with the Calendar power-up, it takes a day or so before the changes are synced to Google Calendar? Thanks
Hi @Dik Liu
It's Violetta from Planyway:)
While Trello Calendar can only provide a 1-way sync with Google Calendar which means it's for viewing purposes only and yes, because of Google it might take a day to see an update, Planyway has a 2-way sync.
2-way sync means you can not only view cards, but also edit them. Plus, it works both ways: you can either see and edit Google events together with Trello cards in Planyway calendar (+create new Google events right from Planyway) or see and edit Trello cards in Google Calendar. You also have options of what to sync: all cards or only assigned to you, change card color, sync or not to sync completed cards, etc.
Apart from Google Calendar sync there are lots of other cool features we have for the calendar: recurring cards, checklist item visualization, notifications, and more. You can learn more here: https://planyway.com/features#calendar
Let me know if you have any questions:)
Oh! I can't edit the events within Google Calendar and, when I edit on Trello, the changes are not updated in Google Calendar.

@Dik Liu i've noticed that with the calendar power-up, seems that it doesn't change the event time even if you change the due date/time in the card itself.

@Dik Liu i haven't actually used planyway to sync events TO google calendar (i actually use the planyway calendar inside trello and sync my google calendar to that calendar!) but i think you can do it both ways!
@Violetta and @Mary from Planyway might be able to better explain, as they're with Planyway!
