Pop ups not going away

i had a trial premium version of trello. Now it has run out and when i open my trello board it it pops up saying my trial has ended. I click downgrade to free but then the only button it lets me click from there is compare plans. If i click that it just takes me onto a page about all the different premium options. i can't get off it and access my trello boards

Hi @Ruby Wade , welcome to the Atlassian Community! 👋 Could you share a screenshot of where you’re only seeing the “Compare plans” button?

It’s possible that the modal requires scrolling down to view the other options — “Back to plans” and “Continue with free.”

I don't have the option to do either of these unfortunately. These screen shots show the top and bottom of the page and the only options I have.
