In the new beta, cards are shown in landscape which I find unintuitive. How can I set mine to be visible in portrait so that I can easily scroll down to see more details?

Are you referring to the new layout when you open a card? We have significantly changed the layout and have added a button that will hide the comments and activity sections which does make the card more compact.

Or are you referring to another part of the app?

Yes that's the one :)

When working from my laptop I usually have Trello open on half my screen, and my email or WhatsApp open on the other half, so having portrait mode with all the comments directly below is much easier.

Is there a way to toggle between those two view modes, other than disabling the beta which is no doubt temporary?

There isn't at the moment to display comments under the main content of the card.

But this isn't the first time I've heard this type of feedback. And I appreciate you providing extra weight to the idea of flexible display for the card sections.

To double down, you can always submit feedback via the feedback button on the card back in the top. The feedback via that method is reviewed for themes regularly.

Thank you Beth, I'll do that. I thought I'd ask here first incase there was a setting I was missing somewhere.

Hopefully an easy thing to implement...
