Hello, and thank you for providing Trello.
I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered an issue while using it.

When I leave an emoji reaction on an activity created by someone else, it doesn’t seem to apply. After adding the emoji, I asked the other person to check, but they couldn’t see it. Then, when I refreshed my browser, the emoji I had added disappeared completely.

Is this an internal issue with Trello, or could it be a problem on my PC?

The emoji is working well now, but there is a problem that it cannot be linked intermittently.

Hi @Sangki Hong , Welcome to the community!

I have run a couple of tests on my end from different accounts, and I am unable to replicate the same issue. It seems more like a local issue.

If you access Trello on a different browser and then try to react with an emoji and hit refresh, can you check if you see your emoji there? Also, ask one of the other board members if they can see the emoji reaction you left.

At first, I thought this issue was happening only on my side, but I just received a report from a teammate experiencing the same problem.

Since the issue persists even after trying different browsers, it seems likely to be a problem on Trello’s end.

For your reference, here are the details from our testing:

- When we select the check emoji and refresh the page, the check emoji disappears.

- However, if we add the check emoji and another different emoji together, the check emoji stays, but the other emoji disappears.

This behavior occurs consistently for both me and my teammate.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate your thorough response on this.

I have run a couple of tests on my end, and I still cannot reproduce the issue. I am raising a support ticket to further investigate this and will ask for a short video from your side.
