Richiesta accesso a trello

Ho ricevuto una mail da trello che mi dice di accedere al mio account altrimenti perderò tutti i dati, la motivazione è che non accedo a trello da due anni, cosa non vera perché usandolo per lavoro ci accedo ogni giorno più volte al giorno, cosa posso fare?

La mail sembra reale, ho cliccato anche su accedi a trello e mi manda direttamente sulla mia bacheca

I understand that you received a notification stating that your account is not active in a while  and will be deleted. By chance, do you have multiple accounts?

Did you receive the notification for the account where your username is "malabetta1985," or did you receive it for a different account?

No l'ho ricevuta per l'account malabetta1985 che uso ogni giorno più volte al giorno tutti i giorni

If your account is active, you shouldn't receive that notification. We are sending those notifications to users who have not had any activity on their Trello account for 2 years or more.

I can raise a ticket so you can share a copy of the email you received, and we can check internally why you got the notification if your account is indeed active.

Due to privacy concerns, I don't want to ask for a copy of the email here. You will receive an email from us shortly.
