Send email to customer when card is due

I want to know how to do it so that every time a card reaches its expiration date, send an email to the client corresponding to that card. Not a notification, but an email with a message and a survey.

Hi Ramiro,

With Butler, Trello's built in automation tool, you can create a Rule that sends an email whenever a card reaches its due date. However, emailing with Butler is a paid feature. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like:

Hi, I have a doubt related to this subject.
There is any chance of do that but sending the mail to the member attached to the card?

Unfortunately, Butler does not have access to member's email addresses.

Please, STOP SHOUTING - it's rude and hard to read.

Trello does not have functions to do this.  You will need to add one of the power-ups that can do this.
