Sort archives by list?

Lindsey_Ross January 9, 2019

I know how to find the items that I've archived, but is there any way to sort these based on the list they were originally on, rather than just chronologically by the date they were archived?

I have many cards with card repeaters, and I've set them to repeat yearly. I've archived a bunch of them as I've completed them, but am realizing that I'll need to see a lot of these tasks again in June for a repeat event, and I'm hoping there's a way that I can bring back all these cards without having to sort through hundreds of archived cards to do so.

Is that possible?

@Lindsey_Ross you can filter by list when searching for archived cards.

Just use a search like:

board:"board name" is:archived list:"original list name" edited:month

for example to see all the cards from the "original ist name" list that are archived and were edited within the last month. All the search parameters are visible here:

Hi Lindsey,

No, unfortunately that isn't possible, but that would be a really nice addition, and I'll pass that on to the team as something you'd like to see in the future!
