Special cards that track data on another card

Special cards that track data on another card

A few months ago I saw information about making a special kind of card that can track data, such as how many cards have a certain characteristic. I created one and it worked but I didn't really need it so I eventually deleted it. (I think it told me how many cards had due dates within the week).

Now I have a new need for such a card, but I can't remember what those special cards are called and I've run a few different searches in support and I can't find anything about it -- it's like the information I saw a few months ago has disappeared!

Can anyone help? What is this card type and how do I create it?

It is the Dashcards power up.
