I find this feature from
https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/show-a-list-of-jira-issues-in-trello/
On my trello workspace, I can not find the add from button to link to JIRA, all I have is a powre-up for JIRA integration. Is this a paid feature?
This feature has only been released to a small percentage of users. We will release it to 100% of the users after the holidays.
Hi Guarav,
This is a great feature and I got it working with my Atlassian Admin account in Trello. Then the members of that Trello board can see the column and edit and click the cards where they are redirected to the JIRA kanban project, there the user can also edit the issue JIRA so that works great.
But instead of Admin I would like a JIRA member user to connect to JIRA ("Add from") because the JIRA admin has access to all projects for example.
But when I login with a user in Trello that has member permissions to a project in JIRA, this user does not get the option "Add from" in the new list on the board. I've tested with different spaces and permissions in Trello and it does not matter if this user is just member or admin on trello board. User was already in the Trello board so not a new user or so.
The only difference seems the Atlassian permissions.
How can I can a JIRA member user to use "Add from" in Trello to connect to JIRA, so that this user only sees his/hers project etc?
Thanks!

Hmm... This doesn't sound right @Ronald van Sleeuwen One doesn't need to be admin of a Jira project to add a Jira List to their board. Just a member permissions should be sufficient.
Do you mind to double check if the person in question is indeed a member in the Jira project they are trying to add? And if not, can you please submit a support ticket with the details of that user and Jira site / project in question?

Hi Victor,
Thanks for your reply, I've checked and the user was already member of the Jira project but it seems I had to first log in the user once into Jira, and then I went to Trello and yes the button "Add from" was visible.
I can select dropdown Jira workitems and then popup appears where I can select Project, Type, Status and Assignee.
but it's kind of strange that this user can see all Jira projects and all jira users, is there an way to prevent that, so that this user can only see it's own projects and users that belong to that and not from all organisation?
Is that because of the default membership of jira-software-users-team-############ group?
