Trello UI , I want the old style back

How to get the old UI back, me and my team cant work with this, we hate it.

Do you have the option for Beta? If you don't have this button, then you cannot revert the changes. In the future, this will be implemented for all Trello users.

When will that happen? Trying to decide whether it's time to look for an alternative.
