I have added Trello by @Alen method as suggested via the documentation found here: https://help.trello.com/article/1116-trello-for-google-hangouts-chat
I've also tried by just adding the bot using Google Chat add-ons. Once added, it does NOT give me the option to authenticate to Trello so that I can continue with the configuration process. All I get is the following output when added to a room:
"Hi there! To start using this bot, please direct message me for instructions on how to connect Tello to this space."
However, there is no other option to get this going. If I @Alen again, then the following response is sent back to me:
"Hi User, it seems like you haven't authenticated with Trello yet. Please direct message me to do so."
How do I proceed at this point?
Hi @tito
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can clean start by disabling/disconnecting the integration clear cache from the browser and then restart the browser and follow these guides
https://help.trello.com/article/1116-trello-for-google-hangouts-chat

also, try on different browser and incognito mode
And if it still wont work ask Trello support with the issue screenshot(if possible)!

@Tito Any chance you manage to get this sorted?

I have the same problem, I don't receive the direct message from the bot, has anyone managed to solve this problem?

This doesn't work - where the Authenticate link should be it gives a URL to the Help section - cannot find a way to get this to work - and yes on a Company workspace
