I did not received any warning messages or emails but a few weeks ago it is logged me out from trello and said that "account is deactivated, please contact support". To be honest, I do not have any ideas what happened. How am I able to see why it is deactivated and/or re-activate account with no losing boards? Asking question here in hope that some mods would see it or someone faced this problem as well.
trello support service also do not want to work with error "Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again"
@Oleg Kurts - I'm not sure what you mean by 'trello support service also do not want to work with error "Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again"' - I can see you have a ticket open with my colleague Victor who is assisting with this request.
Thanks for replying. So, the problem was that on my main account (in which records were kept) it was deactivated for an unknown reason. In the first weeks, when trying to log into the account, nothing happened, and after a couple of minutes, I was redirected to the authorization page. And just the other day, when I decided to log into my account again, I got an error stating that the account was deactivated. On the page for creating a support request without logging in atlassian, after processing the entered data, the service gave the error mentioned earlier "Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again". Solving this error helped only by registering a request through another mail.
