URGENT!Shared work is closed on Trello - need to cntact admin but the admin no longer works here

I'm locked out of my Trello account and can't see any of my boards, it says I need to contact the admin but they haven't worked here for years. Can you assist please !! This is urgent !! 

I don't know or understand why it was closed in the first place, can you please explain?

Hi @Elizabeth Kirkman  ,Welcome to the community!

I checked, and only one board tied to your account was closed. The admin's account was deleted due to inactivity, which led to the closure of the board. I have given you the necessary permissions; can you try to reopen the board now?

We are tracking this issue on a bug report here.

Hi there, I am currently the replacement admin as Elizabeth Kirkman has left too, it is saying the same thing .. Shared Work Closed.. contact admin Elizabeth Kirkman and previous admins. Can you please assist? 

 

Before it just said one admin's name, now it is saying Elizabeths too.

Hi, @Elizabeth Kirkman  . Which account (username) do you have access to Trello? With which account were you a board member on this board?

The question raised here is from  Elizabeth's account,so do you have access to this user account?

Hi yes, so the name is under Elizabeth but the account uses our reception email
