Unable to add a particular user to a certain open board.

Hi, we've tried many options and still we are unable to add a particular user to a certain open board.

The board only has 3 users, and we can invite other users to the board with ease, except for the particular user.

The particular user is newly registered and only has a private board.  

We are wondering how we can solve this. Please assist!

We are using a free plan.

Has the Workspace the board sits in hit its 10 collaborator limit? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/

Can you share with me the URL of the board if this isn't the case, and the username (not the email address - this is private info and shouldn't be shared over the Community) of the user you're trying to access? 

Hi Alex,

Nope, the board only has 3 collaborators so far and we have no problem adding OTHER users. The particular user mentioned is me.

Hey @許芯瑋_臺灣童心創意行動協會 - thanks for sending that through. The reason you cannot be added to this board is because you've been deactivated from the Workspace it sits in. Can you ask a Workspace member to reactivate you in this Workspace then try adding you to the board?

Would you mind letting me know how we can reactivate myself in this Workspace?

(We don't remember being deactivated in this Workspace though...)

I'll look for guides, too!

Hi @許芯瑋_臺灣童心創意行動協會 - you cannot reactivate yourself in this Workspace, a Workspace member will need to do this.

I recommend reading through https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/inviting-people-to-a-workspace/ and https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/what-is-a-deactivated-user/
